Instructions

  1. Read the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Begin placing an order by choosing one shirt size and clicking "add to bag".
  3. After entering your shipping and billing information at checkout, you will find an Order Comments section.
  4. In the Order Comments section, write either “Buy1Try3” or “Trial Sizing” and list the sizes you would like to try.
  5. Click "review order", and proceed with checkout.

Terms and Conditions

Buy1Try3

By writing “Buy1Try3” together with the sizes you would like to try in the Order Comments section at checkout, you agree (a) for up to three Campbell & Kate shirt sizes of your choice to be mailed to you; and (b) that your credit card will be charged for the shirts that the Campbell & Kate offices do not receive in unused and original condition within seven business days of the date of the shirts’ original delivery to you.

“Unused and original condition” includes, but is not limited to, the absence of tears, stains or smells. You agree that the determination of whether a shirt is in “unused and original condition” shall be made at the sole discretion of Campbell & Kate. You agree that some or all of the Buy1Try3 shirts sent to you may have been sent to and returned by previous Buy1Try3 customers.

For the avoidance of doubt, you agree that any Buy1Try3 shirts not received in unused and original condition by the Campbell & Kate offices within seven business days of the date of their original delivery to you shall be charged against the credit card that you used when you originally agreed to the terms of the Buy1Try3 transaction. Buy1Try3 shirts returned more than seven business days from the date of the shirts’ original delivery to you are subject to the return and exchange policies set forth on the Shipping and Returns page of this website.

Trial Sizing

By writing “Trial Sizing” together with the sizes you would like to try in the Order Comments section at checkout, you agree for (a) the Campbell & Kate fit samples in those sizes to be mailed to you; and (b) $160 to be charged to your credit card for each fit sample that the Campbell & Kate offices do not receive in wearable condition within seven business days of the date of the shirt’s original delivery to you.

“Wearable condition” includes, but is not limited to, the absence of tears, stains or smells that cannot be repaired or removed easily by, and at no cost to, Campbell & Kate. You agree that the determination of whether a shirt is in “wearable condition” shall be made at the sole discretion of Campbell & Kate. You understand that some or all of the Trial Sizing fit samples sent to you may have been sent to and returned by previous Trial Sizing customers.

For the avoidance of doubt, you agree that any Trial Sizing fit samples not received in wearable condition by the Campbell & Kate offices within seven business days of the date of their original delivery to you shall be charged against the credit card that you used when you originally agreed to the terms of the Trial Sizing transaction. Trial Sizing fit samples returned more than seven business days from the date of the shirts’ original delivery to you are subject to the return and exchange policies set forth on the Shipping and Returns page of this website.
