We hope you love your shirt, but If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of your purchase for a refund. (The refund excludes original shipping costs unless a defective or incorrect item was originally shipped to you.) Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Shirts in colors other than white and French blue, as well as shirts that have been customized, are not eligible for return.

For convenient return shipping, please email us for a USPS Priority shipping label, and we will deduct the cost from your total refund amount. If you decide to use another shipping method, we recommend using one with tracking and insurance.

To exchange an order, simply return your original shirt and place a new order online. Email us for a code so that your exchange shirt can be purchased without incurring additional shipping charges. By placing a new order immediately, your new shirt will arrive much faster.

If you like the idea of comparing the fit of several sizes, or if you think you will need a customization, we recommend the Fitting Option below.

For a one-time fee of $30 that includes all shipping costs, you are welcome to try 1-3 samples at a time and to repeat the process until you find your favorite fit. Simply add 1-3 sizes to your shopping bag. Then click the button that says "Click to calculate shipping" at checkout and choose the Fitting Option.

Once our samples reach you, you have four days to try them.

  • If you love the fit of one of them, let us know and we’ll cut the fabric for your new shirt right away. Use the shipping label that we provide to return the samples. (Alternatively, you can keep the sample that you love and return the rest.)
  • If no one shirt is exactly what you’re looking for, email us to discuss next steps. Depending on your needs, we may send you new sizes to try or propose a customization.
  • If you love the fit of one of the shirts at your bust and shoulders but need lengthening, shortening or widening elsewhere, contact us by email for customization instructions.

(Our free customizations include French cuffs and adjustments to waist width. A fee of $10 is charged for each adjustment to sleeve, hem or torso length, or hip width.)

By choosing the fitting option, you authorize the full amount of the order on your credit card. We will settle the fitting option fee at the beginning, and we will only settle the remaining amount if your prepaid USPS return label is not activated within 4 days after the samples are delivered to your shipping address (and you have not notified us that the return will be delayed). For samples that are shipped back to us 5+ days after they were delivered to you, we will credit your card after they reach us.

The $30 fitting fee will be credited to the final purchase that you keep--essentially, you receive free shipping, returns and exchanges! We regret that this fee is not refundable if you do not ultimately purchase a shirt.
