DOMESTIC SHIPPING

SALES TAX

GIFT PURCHASE
You may choose to send (a) a Campbell & Kate Signature Shirt directly to your gift recipient, together with a gift card enclosre, or (b) an electronic or physical gift certificate. Either option will thrill your recipient. You can read more about these options on the FAQ page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may either return it for a refund of the purchase price and taxes, excluding original shipping costs (unless a defective or incorrect item was originally shipped to you), or exchange it for another item.
All returns and exchanges must be in unused and original condition, accompanied by a copy of your invoice or receipt and with a completed Return and Exchange form. The return must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date that you received the shipped item.
For free domestic return shipping (including items returned through our Buy1Try3 Program), you must request a shipping label at orders@campbellandkate.com. If exchanging an item, Campbell & Kate will pay the cost to ship the new item to you within the continental United States.

SECURITY & PRIVACY
Your personal information will not be stored in our system or sold or rented to third parties. We take privacy very seriously at Campbell & Kate and will only store your email address if you choose to sign up for our mailing list. While placing your order, you are using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. SSL encrypts all of the personal information you provide during the order process (including your name, card number, email and mailing addresses). This allows each Campbell & Kate customer peace of mind as her information travels over the internet.

COLOR ACCURACY
When more colors are offered, we will carefully select photographs to represent the colors of our garments as accurately as possible.
